Contract Food Service

USDA Food Program

This is a program funded by the Department of Agriculture. It provides funding for feeding children in at- risk areas. Horn of Plenty teams up with local non- profits to provide nutritious meals at a reasonable cost for children in need.

Private Schools

Private educational institutions outsource their food service needs to Horn of Plenty. This allows school administrators to focus on educating students, while we focus on feeding them. Horn of Plenty can provide all meal components for a school, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Or we can supplement existing food service operations.

Campus Cafeteria Management

Colleges, universities, and large corporations have traditionally relied on campus cafeterias to handle their food service needs. Increasingly, these institutions are finding that outsourcing these food service responsibilities to companies such as ours, is extremely beneficial. It saves money and allows management to concentrate on the core activities of the institution.

Municipal Contracting

The same can be said of local and state governments. Perhaps more so than with corporations, governments are increasingly outsourcing all of their hospitality functions to third parties. This includes food service management of convention centers, public cafeterias, airport concessions, and penal institutions.
